Important part of the work is the installation of industrial piping.

Security of electrical premises, server rooms, machinery of all kinds, kitchen hazards, etc.

In industry, administrative buildings, hotels, restaurants, etc.

Knowledge of plumbing/mechanics is a plus!

Project manager
Job description
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the following tasks:
-
Implementing fixed automatic fire suppression systems (gas, powder, water mist, water + additive, etc.) in Belgium, as well as in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Northern France, for industrial sites, administrative buildings, hotels, restaurants, etc.

Conducting risk assessments and designing appropriate fire suppression systems.

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project owners.
-
Conducting technical negotiations.
-
Monitoring schedules and budgets.
-
Requesting quotations and negotiating prices and delivery times.
-
Visiting construction sites and potential clients requesting a quotation.
-
Preparing works so that they can be executed efficiently on-site.
-
Managing internal and external technicians.
-
Ensuring timely ordering of materials and careful follow-up of deliveries.
-
Monitoring project progress and ensuring the quality of the final result.
-
Tracking and verifying the progress and compliance of works according to the execution plan.
-
Determining technical, material, and financial resources based on the execution plans.
-
Optimizing work methods.
-
Following up on construction sites and attending site meetings.
